New York State Education Law Section 3012-d and the regulations implementing that statute (Commissioner’s Regulations Subpart 30-3) establish how teachers are to be evaluated in New York State Public Schools. The herein document constitutes the plan required by the statute and regulations.
Representatives from the District and the York Teachers’ Association comprise the APPR Committee which has the authority to negotiate those negotiable sections of the APPR Plan.
