We Want To Hear From You - Please Complete This Brief Family & Community Survey

​Dear YCS Families,

Have you ever had a thought or idea that you wanted to share with us? We value your input and have created a brief survey asking for your thoughts on a variety of topics.

The easiest way to complete the family and community survey is by clicking on the above graphic flyer or by clicking HERE.
We would like to hear from our families and community members, so if you have a friend, neighbor, or family member residing in the District who does not have children attending school and therefore are not in our email database, please share the survey link. The link will also be placed on our school website at www.yorkcsd.org. 

Additionally, we recognize that some people may prefer to complete the survey in hard copy form. For your convenience, you may obtain a paper copy of the family and community survey at the YCS main entrance. See Mrs. DuBiel. You may also request a paper copy of the survey by calling the District Office at 585-243-1730. Once complete, please return it to us either by mail or in person. The survey does not ask for your name.
