York Knight LogoDear YCS Families,
Two area organizations that serve children and families in our area, Cornell Cooperative Extension and the Western NY Child Advocacy Network, have asked us to share their fall events happening this week. Both are free events!

Our very own Lady Knights Varsity Volleyball team is joining with the Western NY Children's Advocacy Network to host a Fall Fun Fest this Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the York Central High School gym, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  At the fun fest, they will be collecting donations of children's clothing in good shape to stock the Children's Advocacy Network caring clothing closet. There will be loads of basket giveaways and fun games for kids. Please see the attached flyer for details about the festival and how you can help support the work of the Children's Advocacy Network.

Cornell Cooperative Extension is hosting a safe Halloween event for children this Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Livingston County Murray Hill complex in Mount Morris. See the attached flyer for more information. There will be trick or treating and fun games for the kids.
