On Friday, January 26, 2024, our staff was engaged in several learning opportunities presented by our special guests Angela Di Michele Lalor and Stephanie Burns.
Ms. Lalor is the author of Ensuring High Quality Curriculum and Making Curriculum Matter: How to Build SEL, Equity and Other Priorities into Daily Instruction.
Mrs. Burns is the Director of School Improvement at Genesee Valley BOCES.
Their presentations centered around building an equitable school culture and improving interactions with students, with the goal of providing meaningful educational opportunities for everyone.
We appreciate having Ms. Lalor and Mrs. Burns with us and the valuable information that they shared.
Thank you to York CS Director of Curriculum & Instruction Aubrey Krenzer for developing this day of professional learning.










Water Aerobics for tonight, Monday, January 29, 2024, is canceled and rescheduled for this Thursday, February 1, 2024, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.


Three York High School students had their artwork selected to be included in the Start Here Exhibition at Rochester Institute of Technology's Bevier Gallery.
Congratulations to Ashley Gianforti (Zandy digital art), Anna Chen (oil and acrylic paintings), and Lily Donnan (acrylic paint and gold leaf). Lily also received the School of Art Robert Heischman Award.

Mrs. Ayers and Mrs. Stamp's classes took advantage of the snow and went outside for recess on Tuesday.
Good thing because it is fading fast and so our the snowmen the students built.
